This publication, a joint effort of the Greenway Conservancy for the Hudson River Valley and Parks & Trails New York, provides case studies of landowners that have allowed access to public trails on their land. It seeks to address the concerns and questions of landowners who may participate in a voluntary program of granting public access to their lands.
