RTC's Florida state office director Ken Bryan was in DC recently and spoke with Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen. Rep. Ros-Lehtinen's staff caught up with Ken outside her office. Miami-Dade County is one of many communities around the nation engaged in RTC's 2010 Campaign for Active Transportation; you can read Miami-Dade's case statement (or find the one from your city) supporting increased funding for bicycle, pedestrian and trail infrastructure in the next federal transportation bill.
